I've fixed a few of the problems you folks have identified. The F77 does not produce numbers to as many decimal places The validator is more flexible and should now be happy with *Nix vs Windows generated numbers I've supplemented the checkpointing with my own so we can really see what is happening Moved up to the m1.small AWS instance

I've got a WU running on a 6.10.60 version of BOINC and it seems OK compared to everything I've run on 5.10.45. It would be great if it could be fixed for version 5.x though. Cheers, Al.

Any news? :) Odd that it works in opposite ways on linux and Windows. Windows keeps resetting, linux ramps up like it's a time machine. Not a big deal if it only affects older BOINC versions, I'll just have to limit my involvement to one host and leave the rest of the farm for other projects :) Cheers, Al. ____________
